How to prepare
5cl of Quero Chuva Prata
5cl of passion fruit polp
1 slice of ginger
Tonic water
Ginger foam
Macerate the slice of ginger well in a cocktail shaker.
Add Quero Chuva Prata and the passion fruit pulp and beat.
Strain into a glass with ice and top up with tonic.
Finish with ginger foam.
